Farmer's Market and Twilight Concert Series

Last Thursday night we went down to the Bountiful Farmer's Market. If you ask me I believe it has outgrown it's current location but it's still fun to go there. We didn't really need any produce so we made dinner out of our trip. Tad got the chicken Philly meal for just $6. I got the Hawaiian BBQ chicken meal for $7. Next time though I want to try the Philly. Logan took the other shots, he loves taking pictures right now. The farmer's market happens every Thursday 4-8 now until October on Main Street in Bountiful and 100 South (just South of the Bountiful Tabernacle).

Another thing happening on Thursday nights is the Twilight Concert Series. No there won't be any vampires here just some AMAZING bands. It's free and at Pioneer Park which I believe will be a better venue than where its been in the past. This week is Modest Mouse and I'm so going. You should come with us too. I'm also not going to miss She & Him. Here is the rest of the lineup.
July 8: Modest Mouse, Avi Buffalo
July 15: Girl Talk, Memory Tapes
July 22: Beirut, Twin Sister
July 29: The New Pornographers, The Dodos
Aug. 5: Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings, Jamie Lidell
Aug. 12: Matisyahu, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe
Aug. 19: Big Boi, Chromeo
Aug. 26: She & Him, Dum Dum Girls
Gates and the Twilight Market open at 5 p.m. on show days. Concerts begin at 7 p.m.

Has the Twilight series ever been so good? I haven't been in years, but how awesome to see Modest Mouse for free (except when you have a 3 day old baby), and I'm definitely with you on She and Him. Even if just to see how cute Zooey is in real life.

I love that picture of you. You should put that as your facebook profile picture. Eh?
I've only heard of Modest Mouse. No one else...am I a loser?
