Homecoming

Cute, not so little Lexie went to Homecoming this weekend. She looked so gorgeous and she'd been talking about this ever since she got asked. I had to run over and see her dress since I wouldn't see it at church. I also had to get some pictures for the YW leaders who I'm sure also wanted to see her awesome dress. I should have taken a close up so you could see her amazing makeup done by Brittany, I swear she is going to be a famous makeup artist someday.

Mason

Over the weekend I went to Gardner Village to take some pictures of cute Mason. He has the bluest eyes. Logan also has blue eyes but they are nothing like Masons. Loved this little face that he pulled.

Mason was so nice and let mom and dad in on some photos. And if none of these photos have you convinced of how cute Mason is, check out this hilarious video of him here. This was a great place to take pictures and I definitely want to go back again with Logan when he doesn't look so much like a wild child and get some photos.

Make sure you watch Chuck tonight. My favorite geek on tv.

Week In Your Life Album

I know this is kind of last minute notice but it should be fun to do. Ali Edward's is doing a week in your life album and she's inviting everyone to follow along. She used to teach this class at CKU and now she is doing another album similar to that one that you can also do. This upcoming week is just gathering photos from your week and memorabilia. I'm going to try to do this even though my life is extremely boring. Just thought I'd pass this along. The link to the main instructions on the album is here.

The Office

Here is your daily reminder to watch The Office tonight at 7:30.

One of the attorneys left our office to work somewhere else so here was my going away present to him. If you can't tell it's a stapler in the jell-o.

Practicing

It was nephew M's birthday so Logan's uncle thought Logan should practice for his big day in October. Logan will eat pretty much anything you put in front of him so he thought this was heaven.

Register Now!

Okay so I love politics but I'm not going to tell you who to vote for. But I will bug you to get out and vote. I think it's extremely important that you vote. It's a great opportunity and one that is taken for granted. Also if you are women it hasn't been very long that we've had the right to vote so get out there and do it. Here is a link to register. You have until October 5th to register but don't wait. Register today! I'll now step off of my soap box.

11 Months

Logan has learned so much it seems this month. He seems to actually understand what we are saying. He will raise his arms and when we say, "So big." I believe he actually knows how to walk but won't. He stands all the time but won't take a step. He'll push toy strollers, cars and even a toy lawnmower which you have to hold up the handle but won't do it on his own. He also dances whenever there is music. Sometimes he'll clap to music like he did at the Greek Festival. He loved that.
Here are his before pictures before his hair cut and we just said, "So big."

Here he is getting his haircut. He was really good, I should have done it sooner but I had had nightmares about how horrible I thought he would be.No after pictures yet.

Whole Lotta Going On

Thanks for all the responses to the questions. They helped out a lot. I enjoyed them so much I might try in October to have QOTD (Question of the Day). I haven't posted in forever because things have been busy and also my work has blocked pretty much most blogs, including my own. So now it's down to posting on the weekends.

Since the last post, Tad is totally in full swing of school so I hardly see him. Since he's at school all the time the rest of his time is spent working with his dad and he is now working on Saturdays. So we haven't been up to any new adventures because he's always working.

Logan has learned lots of new tricks and I'll post more about that tomorrow on his 11 month birthday.

So a week ago we went to the fair. I mostly wanted to go to see if Logan would like the animals and I could get a picture of the Ferris wheel. We met up with Aisha & The Dentist and Jared & Debbie. It was definitely entertaining. We watched some square dancers and one of the guys had his camelbak rigged so it was holding an oxygen tank that he was wearing while dancing. Nice. This next shot I should have been paying more attention to what was behind us. I just thought cool, take our picture in front of this ride. Here is the Ferris wheel.

Logan was so tired by the time we got to see the animals that he just sat there. I'm sure he's too young still. Maybe more fun next year and more people watching.

Giveaway Question - If you know what is today then I'll send you a $5 gift card to Coldstone? First to respond wins. Sorry, those in my YW class aren't elligible since I spilled the beans.
