This weekend

I have to pass this along because I really want to go. The Living Traditions Festival is this weekend at the SLC & County Building. I'm dying to go because it looks like there will be amazing food there. I just want a sample of each thing. I'm going to try to eat lunch there on Saturday but who knows if that will happen since it's Tad's day. Here's a list of food available.

Also go see Angels and Demons. I've heard it's better than DaVinci Code but I'm still not having too high of hopes for it. If you haven't read the books, do it, they are so good even if the movies stink.

I have gone a couple of times and liked it quite a bit. There was a sweet group from Africa one year. Loved it. Thanks for the reminder about it. I haven't been for a long time.
I'm also excited about Angels and Demons. Hopefully it is better than the DaVinci Code was. At least Tom Hanks got a hair cut! (And Ewan McGregor is in it - hooray!)

So funny...I saw Tom Hanks on Leno the other night and he was totally joking about his hair. Yes, thank goodness he doesn't have the hair again.I'm not too excited about it, The DaVinci Code was horrible compared to the book. You'll have to let me know how it is.

Now I would say the movies are better than the books. hee. But I thought reading the book was like trying to trudge through hip deep wet concrete. LOL. Thanks for the heads up on the festival.
